Hours: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week to start

About PerfectPints Network

PerfectPints Network LLC is a growing digital media and entertainment network focused on sports, social media, original content, and digital experiences.

We are looking to hire our first Virtual Assistant to become an important part of our growing content operation. This is not a traditional administrative VA position. We are looking for someone creative who understands social media culture, internet trends, short-form content, and what makes people stop scrolling.

The ideal candidate is someone who actively follows social media trends and understands how to adapt them to fit a specific brand rather than simply copying what is popular.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Trend Research

Regularly monitor platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, sports media pages, creator accounts, and other relevant social platforms.

You will be responsible for identifying:

* Trending content formats
* Relevant ---------- s and internet trends
* Trending sounds and audio
* Sports and entertainment topics
* Viral hooks and video concepts
* Content ideas that can be adapted specifically for PerfectPints

Trends and ideas should be organized with the appropriate PerfectPints page, suggested concept, reference link, and level of urgency.

Expected output: Approximately 10 to 15 quality, brand-relevant content opportunities per week.

Short-Form Video Editing

Edit raw footage provided by the PerfectPints team into engaging short-form content for platforms including:

* Instagram Reels
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts

Editors should understand:

* Strong opening hooks
* Audience retention
* Short-form pacing
* Removing unnecessary dead space
* Clean and engaging captions
* Strategic cuts and zooms
* Sound effects
* Music and trending audio
* ---------- s and relevant graphics
* Vertical video formatting

The goal is to create entertaining, modern content that feels natural to the platform while remaining consistent with the PerfectPints brand.

Expected output: Approximately 5 to 10 completed short-form videos per week, depending on the complexity of each project.

Content Management & Organization

Help maintain an organized content workflow from initial idea through publication.

Content will be tracked through stages such as:

Idea ? Needs Filming ? Raw Footage Ready ? Editing ? Review ? Approved ? Scheduled ? Posted

You will be responsible for ensuring assigned content is properly organized and that project statuses remain updated.

This may include tracking:

* Content title
* PerfectPints page or brand
* Content category
* Current status
* Shooting date
* Scheduled posting date
* Final video file
* Caption status

Content Submission & Revisions

Completed videos will initially be submitted for approval before publication.

Content may be marked:

* Approved
* Revision Needed
* Rejected

You will be expected to handle reasonable revisions based on feedback and maintain an organized approval process.

As you become more familiar with the PerfectPints brand, recurring content formats may become pre-approved and require less direct oversight.

Weekly Expectations

The position will initially require approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.

A typical week may include:

* 2 to 3 hours of trend research and content ideation
* 6 to 8 hours of short-form video editing
* 1 to 2 hours of content organization and file management
* Approximately 1 hour for revisions, communication, and weekly review

At the end of each week, we expect:

* 10+ researched and relevant content opportunities
* 5 to 10 completed short-form video edits
* Assigned raw footage to be edited or properly tracked
* Content workflow and calendar to remain updated
* Organized project and final video files
* A brief weekly update covering completed work, outstanding approvals, and trends that should be acted on quickly

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Is proficient in short-form video editing
* Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Actively follows social media and internet culture
* Understands what makes content engaging and shareable
* Can identify trends early and adapt them creatively
* Has a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
* Is organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content
* Communicates clearly and responds well to feedback
* Can work independently without needing constant direction
* Understands the difference between following a trend and forcing a trend that does not fit a brand

Knowledge of sports, sports media, sports betting culture, entertainment, and creator-driven content is strongly preferred.

Preferred Tools & Experience

Experience with platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software is preferred.

Experience with content management platforms such as Notion is a plus.

We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to edit videos. We are looking for someone who can eventually become a reliable part of the PerfectPints content operation and help turn raw footage, ideas, and trends into consistent, ready-to-publish content.

This position has the potential to grow in responsibilities and weekly hours as PerfectPints Network continues to expand.
