Remote Position | Real Estate Experience Preferred

A top-producing real estate professional serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to help increase productivity, improve client communication, support marketing efforts, and assist with lead management and transaction coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a growing real estate brand while earning performance-based bonuses and commissions.

Compensation

? Hourly Pay: Competitive based on experience

???? Bonus Opportunity:
Earn $200 for every appointment you personally set that results in a closed real estate transaction.

There is no cap on commission earnings. The more qualified appointments that convert to closings, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

* Manage calendars and scheduling via calendly
* Confirm appointments and send reminders (Appointment setting - cold calls)
* Organize client files and transaction documents with assistance of transaction coordinator
* Maintain CRM records and databases
* Assist with transaction coordinator with deadline tracking occasionally

Lead Management & Appointment Setting

* Respond to inbound leads
* Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers
* Nurture leads through calls, texts, and email
* Schedule buyer and seller consultations
* Track lead activity and conversion metrics

Open House Marketing

* Create professional open house flyers
* Design digital marketing materials and property brochures
* Create sign-in sheets and QR code marketing tools
* Promote open houses across social media and email platforms
* Enter open house leads into the CRM and initiate follow-up campaigns

Digital Marketing & Social Media

* Create Canva graphics, flyers, and promotional materials
* Schedule and publish social media content
* Assist with reels, captions, and video marketing
* Create listing launch campaigns
* Promote new listings, open houses, price reductions, and sold properties
* Monitor social media engagement and messages

Client Experience

* Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors
* Send transaction updates and client touchpoints
* Request reviews and testimonials
* Help create a five-star customer experience
