Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people and converting inquiries into booked appointments?

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant – Lead Conversion Specialist to join a growing medical aesthetics practice in Chula Vista, California. This is a warm lead role...you won't be cold calling. Every lead has already expressed interest through our advertising campaigns. Your mission is to engage with those leads, answer their questions, follow up consistently, and convert them into scheduled consultations.

What You'll Do
-Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
-Build rapport and follow up consistently until leads book an appointment or opt out.
-Answer basic questions about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
-Schedule consultations using our booking system.
-Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead records.
-Coordinate with the clinic team regarding provider availability.
-Track your activity and booking performance.

What We're Looking For
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, sales, or lead conversion.
-Strong follow-up skills and the ability to stay organized.
-Comfortable learning new CRM and scheduling software.
-Reliable high-speed internet, quiet home office, and dependable computer.
-Available to work US evening and weekend hours (Pacific Time).

Bonus Points
-Experience working with a medical practice, dental clinic, med spa, or beauty/wellness business.
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and appointment scheduling systems.

-You'll respond to leads quickly, build trust with prospective patients, and consistently convert inquiries into booked -consultations. Your ability to follow up and keep every opportunity moving forward will directly contribute to the clinic's growth.
