Growth Coordinator – Lead Generation & Business Development

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (20 hours per week)
Must be online and available during these hours.
Compensation
$400 USD per month (Base Pay)

Bonus Structure

Your base salary is $400/month.

In addition, both Growth Coordinators participate in our monthly team bonus program.

If the company reaches its KPIs and closes new business, each tea ---------- mber receives bonuses based on closed revenue:

$500–$2,499 Deal = $25
$2,500–$4,999 Deal = $50
$5,000–$9,999 Deal = $100
$10,000–$14,999 Deal = $200
$15,000–$24,999 Deal = $300
$25,000+ Deal = $500

Bonuses are paid monthly.
