AI Marketing & GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

Position: Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a reliable, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow my AI automation agency.

Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging posts in Facebook groups.
Create AI-generated marketing content (images, videos, UGC-style content, short-form posts, etc.).
Drive traffic to our landing page and optimize content for conversions.
Understand our AI voice receptionist offer and create content that generates interest.
Help improve landing pages and marketing funnels.
Build and fulfill AI Voice Agent/Receptionist systems for new clients after they sign up.
Continually suggest ideas to improve lead generation and conversions.

Requirements
Strong experience with GoHighLevel.
Experience building AI Voice Agents or AI Receptionists.
Familiar with GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, snapshots, and automation.
Experience creating AI-generated marketing content.
Knowledge of Facebook marketing and Facebook group outreach.
Familiar with conversion optimization and landing page best practices.
Good written English and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

What We're Selling

We help local businesses increase revenue using AI Voice Receptionists that answer calls 24/7, qualify leads, answer questions, and book appointments automatically.

Goal

Your content should consistently drive prospects to our landing page, where they can either:

Speak with a live AI receptionist demo that books them onto my calendar, or
Book directly through my online calendar.

Once a prospect becomes a client, you will also help build and deploy their AI receptionist system inside GoHighLevel.
