LLM / AI Agent Builder Needed for n8n + Internal AI Operating System

We are looking for an experienced LLM application developer and AI automation builder to help us build an internal AI operating system for our short-term rental property management business.

We are building a luxury short-term rental management company and already have an internal hub built for operations, owner/admin workflows, property information, onboarding, documents, reporting, and internal processes. We are now moving that hub into our own coded app connected to Supabase.

We need someone who can take over the AI systems and automation side of the business so we can focus on scaling.

This is not just a basic n8n automation role. AI agents are not only built inside n8n. We need someone who understands how to build with LLMs, Claude Code, APIs, databases, prompts, tools, workflows, and custom code.

We need someone who can build real AI systems, not just connect a few apps together.

Main Responsibilities:

* Build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for our internal business operations
* Build n8n automations where n8n is the right tool
* Use Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Claude, or similar tools to build AI features and internal tools
* Connect AI systems with Supabase, GitHub, our internal hub, CRM tools, Google Drive, Slack, email, and other platforms
* Build workflows for guest operations, owner onboarding, lead management, reporting, vendor coordination, task management, and internal admin work
* Create AI assistants that can search company knowledge, summarize information, draft messages, analyze data, trigger workflows, and complete operational tasks
* Help design the architecture for our internal AI operating system
* Build secure workflows with proper permissions, user roles, access controls, and error handling
* Help d ---------- where agents, workflows, and backend logic should be hosted
* Build systems that support or replace repetitive internal roles over time
* Document all workflows, agents, and systems clearly
* Help create a long-term AI roadmap for the company
* Potentially grow into a full-time role if performance is excellent

Requirements:

* Strong experience building with LLMs
* Strong experience with Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI development tools
* Strong experience building AI agents, AI workflows, and AI-powered internal tools
* Strong experience with n8n
* Experience connecting APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, and internal tools
* Experience with Supabase or similar backend/database tools
* Experience with GitHub and modern development workflows
* Ability to write or work with code when needed
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, and AI workflow design
* Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and internal knowledge search is strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of workflow logic, error handling, permissions, security, and data access
* Able to work independently and make smart technical recommendations
* Strong written English and clear communication
* Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership

Bonus Experience:

* Experience with short-term rentals, Airbnb, hospitality, real estate, or property management
* Experience building AI systems for operations-heavy businesses
* Experience with internal dashboards, admin portals, owner portals, or client portals
* Experience with Vercel, Railway, Render, Supabase Edge Functions, Docker, or cloud hosting
* Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Flowise, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
* Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, CRMs, Stripe, Airtable, or project management tools
* Experience using Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or similar AI/no-code app builders
* Experience creating systems that support internal business roles like operations, support, sales, reporting, admin, and onboarding

We are building a luxury short-term rental and hospitality management company focused on premium properties, owner experience, guest experience, and strong internal systems.

Our goal is to build a real AI operating system that helps run the company across guest operations, owner communication, onboarding, lead management, reporting, vendor coordination, internal task management, and future growth.

We know how to use many of the tools, but we need someone who can own the AI buildout and execute at a high level.

Schedule:

Project-based or part-time to start.

If the talent level is strong, we are open to this becoming a full-time long-term role.
