About Us
We're a premium Australian service-based business that is growing quickly and continuously improving the way we operate.
Our goal isn't simply to become busier.
Our goal is to build a business that runs exceptionally well.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order from chaos, improving workflows, identifying inefficiencies, documenting business knowledge and building systems that allow a business to scale.
This isn't about simply documenting what already exists.
We're looking for someone who can analyse how our business operates, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend better ways of doing things and help build a business that becomes more efficient, consistent and less reliant on the business owner.
If you genuinely enjoy improving businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role
This is not an administrative position.
This is not a customer service role.
This is a Business Systems & Process Improvement role.
You'll work closely with the business owner to analyse how the business currently operates, identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, document processes and continuously recommend better ways of operating.
You'll often receive rough ideas, verbal explanations or existing documents and transform them into clear, scalable systems that others can easily follow.
We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait to be told what to improve.
We want someone who naturally identifies problems, asks thoughtful questions, challenges inefficient processes and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.
If something can be improved, we want you to identify it.
If something can be documented, we want you to document it.
If something can be simplified, we want you to simplify it.
If something can be automated, we want you to recommend it.

2. Have you ever created SOPs, operational manuals or business systems? Please provide examples.
3. Tell us about the largest business improvement project you've worked on.
4. Imagine you join a business with almost no documented systems. Where would you begin, and why?

7. Describe a project you're most proud of and why.
8. What AI tools do you regularly use to improve your productivity and quality of work?

We're interested in the actual system you have in place, not simply what you would do. Please include any backup equipment, internet connections, alternative work locations and examples of when you've successfully used your contingency plan.
11. Why do you believe you'd be a great fit for this role?
12. Finally, include the word Blueprint as the first word of your application so we know you've read the entire job advertisement.
13. What questions would you ask us during your first week to better understand how our business operates?
Finally, to demonstrate your attention to detail, please include the word "Blueprint" as the very first word of your application. Applications that do not follow this instruction may not be considered.
