JOB OVERVIEW

I own a small marketing business in the United States and I am looking to bring on a second part time graphic designer who has experience with creating postcard, flyer and door hanger designs. I already have long term relationships with a few other designers (who specialize in different types of designs) but am looking to expand our capacity on the print design side. My agency has been established for over 10 years, we are easy to work with, send payments like clockwork and are loyal to our subcontractors. Most of our work is related to digital marketing but we are starting to do more with print marketing and I need another reliable designer that I can use on an as-needed basis. Our designs are mainly for home service companies such as landscapers, plumbers and roofers.

This is part time work as needed. I'm open to the work expanding to other types of designs but for now just need someone skilled in print design.

Please provide the following:

1. Your portfolio.

2. What would you charge for a 5 x 7 inch postcard design (just one side)? You can either provide an hourly rate (but then tell me how many yours you would estimate) or just give me a fixed price for what you would charge. I'm flexible, but I do want to estimate my total cost.

3. If I gave you a post card design, how long do you think it would take you to turn around in general? I'm just looking for a rough idea based on your typical schedule (for the most part I'm pretty flexible).
