Monday – Friday
4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Central Time (CT)
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT) (during U.S. Daylight Saving Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist who can manage multiple client accounts while creating engaging social media content and high-performing email marketing campaigns.

This hybrid role combines organic social media management with strategic email marketing. The ideal candidate understands how to build customer engagement through consistent content, compelling email campaigns, and strong marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content
Write compelling captions and calls-to-action
Design graphics using Canva or similar software
Develop monthly content calendars
Schedule and publish posts
Monitor engagement and respond when appropriate
Stay up to date with current social media trends and platform updates
Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements

Email Marketing
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
Write engaging email copy with strong subject lines and calls-to-action
Design email templates using platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, or similar software
Build automated email sequences and drip campaigns
Segment email lists for targeted marketing
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and email layouts
Maintain clean and organized email lists
Marketing Support
Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, and website teams
Assist with content planning and marketing strategy
Research competitors and industry trends
Help organize marketing assets and client information
Maintain project documentation and marketing calendars
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English is required
Minimum 2 years of professional social media management experience
Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience
Experience writing engaging marketing copy
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software
Experience with one or more email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, etc.)
Experience creating automated email workflows
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working for a digital marketing agency
Basic knowledge of SEO
Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or ----------
Basic video editing experience is a plus
