Who we’re looking for 
 
We are seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper (experienced in QBO) to lead the financial record-keeping for our growing company. This role is not about entry-level data entry; it is about taking full ownership of our financial ecosystem.
 
Who You Are
 
- A Manager of One: You are self-driven, organized, and solve problems efficiently without needing constant supervision.
- Remote-Ready: You have a proven track record of maintaining high visibility in asynchronous environments like Hubstaff and Slack.
- Meticulous and Reliable: You are highly detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You take full ownership of your assigned tasks, ensuring all updates are documented accurately for the CEO's review.
- Advanced Navigator: You are comfortable managing complex financial data across multiple time zones and currencies.
 
Skills & Qualifications
 
- Expert-level familiarity with QuickBooks is required.
- Advanced bookkeeping or accounting knowledge through significant professional experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting.
- Can troubleshoot financial discrepancies independently and suggest process improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
 
Availability & Logistics
 
- Time Zone: Able to work within or have significant overlap with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
- Platforms: Our team uses Slack, SharePoint, LastPass, and Hubstaff. Strong proficiency in these platforms is required as we maintain strict operational protocols.
 
Paid Test Job
