JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm the founder of Voiset ( ---------- ) — an AI-powered voice-first task management app used by people with ADHD and busy professionals. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented outreach assistant to join me long-term.

What you will do:

Research and build prospect lists in Google Sheets (bloggers, podcasts, websites, event attendees) based on my criteria
Find contact emails and social profiles for prospects
Send personalized outreach emails using my templates (guest posts, partnerships, podcast pitches)
Send follow-ups on schedule (every 4–5 days)
Keep our tracking spreadsheet clean and updated daily (status, replies, next steps)
Forward warm replies to me and schedule calls
Submit our product to relevant directories and catalogs

You are a great fit if you have:

Experience with email outreach, link building, or lead generation (please describe it in your application)
Strong written English — your emails will represent our brand
Excellent attention to detail with spreadsheets
Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, LinkedIn; knowledge of ---------- / Apollo / Semrush is a plus
Ability to work independently: I give you a brief once, you run the process and ask questions when blocked

Working setup:

20 hours/week, flexible schedule (some overlap with European morning preferred)
Daily short report in the first 2 weeks (what's done / what's blocked / questions)
Weekly review call or async summary every Friday
Long-term role: if the first month goes well, hours and pay grow
