JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an experienced Dubsado specialist to help finalise and optimise my business systems. This is not a beginner role. I need someone who has built sophisticated Dubsado systems before, can confidently work independently and is a system strategist!

About the Project
I'm currently building out my entire client journey inside Dubsado, including:

- Lead capture forms
- Proposals
- Contracts
- Subcontracts
- Questionnaires
- Automated workflows
- Client onboarding and offboarding

A large portion of my forms are being customised with HTML/CSS and custom code, so experience working with coded Dubsado forms is essential.

What I'm Looking For
You must have experience with:

- Advanced Dubsado setup
- Custom coded Dubsado forms (HTML/CSS)
- Building complex automation workflows
- Workflow strategy and optimisation, not just implementation
- AI-powered automation tools
- Zapier (essential) or similar integrations
- Notion
- Process improvement and business systems

I value people who don't simply build what they're told, but can identify better, faster and more scalable ways of doing things.

Current Priority

My highest priority is finalising my lead forms and proposals as soon as possible. Once these are complete, there will likely be ongoing work building and refining the remaining systems and automations throughout the business.

- Highly experienced with Dubsado
- A systems thinker and strategist
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with custom code inside Dubsado
- Proactive and able to recommend better solutions
- Excellent communicator
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
