JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian retailer of bathroom, kitchen & laundry products since 2002. Our core product range includes bathroom vanities, tapware, basins, bathtubs and more.

We're looking for a new team member who is an expert in Shopify product upload and graphic image design to join our team on a full time basis. We hold a very high standard for how our brand looks and feels online, and we are looking for someone who shares that eye for quality.

This is a specialist role where you will be expected to take ownership of our product catalogue and the online shopping experience for our customers. Your job is to ensure that all our products are visually aesthetic and accurately presented.

Key responsibilities:

- Upload new products to Shopify with a meticulous eye for accuracy and visual consistency
- Write and optimise product titles, descriptions, and specifications
- Manage product variants, metafields, tags, collections and more
- Product image editing & enhancement
- Coordinate with the showroom team and suppliers to obtain accurate product information and assets
- Exporting Shopify products to our inventory software (Cin7)

About you:

- Looking for a long-term, full-time role
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Shopify product catalogue management
- Proficiency with Excel and CSV files
- Experience with Cin7 (our inventory software) is highly valued
- Meticulous attention to detail - errors in product data are not acceptable in our environment
- Ability to work independently and to manage your own workload without supervision
- Strong written English for communication and product descriptions
