JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon, Mirakl & Marketplace Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon & Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence across Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role is responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. Australian based and local hours joining a growing business unit and team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and other marketplace accounts.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and enhanced content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and product availability to ensure optimal marketplace performance.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and advertising (Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising platforms).
Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, performance metrics, and account health requirements.
Generate regular reports on sales, profitability, advertising performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
Strong understanding of eCommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
Experience with Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace reporting tools.
Knowledge of inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketplace compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Marketplace sales and revenue growth.
Advertising return on ad spend (ROAS) and ACOS performance.
Listing quality and conversion rate improvements.
Inventory health and stock availability.
Account health and marketplace compliance metrics.
Customer satisfaction and seller performance ratings.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Shopify and multi-channel marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, integrations, and analytics.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller, and similar platforms.
Hands-on problem solver who can execute strategies end-to-end.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
