We're looking for an experienced MEP Revit Modeler to support commercial building projects across the United States. If you're passionate about BIM modeling, Revit, and producing high-quality construction documentation, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a growing U.S. engineering team on commercial building projects while enjoying long-term, project-based work.

What You'll Do

Develop accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare construction drawings and permit-ready documentation.
Interpret engineering markups and architectural/construction drawings.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to maintain model accuracy.
Support BIM coordination and deliver high-quality documentation for commercial projects.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 (ACC), Bluebeam Revu, or Clash Detection is a strong advantage.
Compensation

USD $10–$15/hour (based on experience)
