Marketing & Content Assistant (Part-Time)

HostyCo is a growing Australian short-term rental management company based on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. We manage Airbnb and holiday rental properties and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both property owners and guests.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, reliable and motivated Marketing & Content Assistant to help build our brand and support our day-to-day operations.

About the Position:

Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours
Long-term opportunity
Paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer

Salary

Starting from USD $5.00 per hour (approximately AUD $7.14 per hour)

About the Role

This role is primarily focused on marketing, social media and content creation, with some administrative support as required.

You'll work closely with the directors Emily & Helen to help grow the HostyCo brand and showcase our beautiful holiday homes across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities

* Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
* Design eye-catching Canva graphics
* Create reels, stories and social media posts
* Schedule content using Meta Business Suite
* Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
* Organise online giveaways and audience engagement campaigns
* Create branded business resources including:

* Property appraisal booklets
* Guest guide books
* Flyers and brochures
* Marketing material
* Business templates and documents
* Assist with website content and updates in Wix
* Optimise Airbnb property listings to maximise bookings
* Assist with SEO and website improvements
* Research marketing ideas and industry trends
* General administration and organisational support

We're Looking For Someone Who

* Is creative and enjoys content creation and can copy the brand we've already established and even improve upon it.
* Has excellent written English
* Has a great eye for design and branding, we want to hear your ideas!
* Is organised and highly detail-oriented
* Can work independently and manage their own workload, fill in the hours and be proactive
* Has a reliable computer and internet connection
