JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a talented, reliable, and detail-oriented AI UGC Video Editor to join our team full-time.

We create high-volume short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate already has experience producing realistic AI UGC videos and can efficiently turn scripts, reference videos, and creative direction into polished, engaging content.

This is not a position for someone who is brand new to video editing or AI content creation. We are looking for an editor who can work quickly, follow a repeatable system, accept feedback, and maintain consistent quality across a large number of videos.

You will be responsible for:

-Generating AI video clips using provided scripts, avatars, product images, and creative direction
-Combining clips into complete short-form videos
-Editing videos in CapCut or similar software
-Adding voiceovers, captions, music, sound effects, transitions, and visual elements when needed
-Exporting and adjusting audio using tools such as ElevenLabs
-Replacing the corrected audio inside the final video
-Matching the pacing, structure, and style of provided reference videos
-Correcting AI inconsistencies, awkward cuts, timing issues, and visual errors
-Organizing project files and following our daily production workflow
-Completing revisions promptly based on feedback
-Producing approximately 5-7 videos per day

Requirements

You must have:

-Previous experience editing AI UGC or AI-generated spokesperson videos
-Strong short-form video editing skills
-Experience using CapCut
-Familiarity with AI video-generation tools
-Familiarity with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
-A strong understanding of social media pacing, hooks, captions, and retention
-The ability to closely follow scripts and reference videos
-Reliable internet and a computer capable of handling video production
-Strong attention to detail
-Good written English and communication skills
-Full-time availability
-The ability to complete high-volume work with a fast turnaround
-Availability to communicate during [insert preferred working hours or time-zone overlap]

Experience with platforms such as Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, or similar AI tools is a major advantage.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a monthly rate of $ ---------- , depending on experience, editing quality, speed, and production capacity.

Qualified applicants will first be invited to complete a paid editing test. The test will pay $10–$20 USD and must be returned within 24–48 hours.

The strongest candidates will then be invited to a two-week paid trial, during which you will work inside our actual production system and complete real assignments. The trial will be paid at half of the agreed monthly rate.

Editors who perform well during the trial may be offered a permanent full-time position.
