JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Credit Repair & Business Funding Specialist to support our growing client base. This is a contractor role for someone who can manage credit-improvement workflows and help clients prepare for legitimate business-funding opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Review consumer credit reports and identify inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
- Prepare and manage compliant dispute documentation and follow-up processes with credit bureaus, furnishers, and clients.
- Assist clients with credit-profile cleanup, including properly addressing hard inquiries and account-status issues where permitted and supported by documentation.
- Help clients understand credit-building steps, utilization, payment history, and account management.
- Assess business and personal credit readiness for financing.
- Support business-funding preparation, lender packaging, document collection, and funding strategy.
- Maintain accurate client records, timelines, updates, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in credit repair, credit restoration, business credit, and/or business funding.
- Proven knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, CROA, and applicable credit-repair compliance requirements.
- Experience reading and analyzing reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
- Experience with compliant dispute processes, inquiry challenges, account-status issues, and client communication.
- Knowledge of business funding products, lender requirements, underwriting readiness, and funding documentation.
- Strong written communication, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide timely progress updates.

Preferred

- Experience using credit repair CRM or dispute-management platforms.
- Experience with business credit profile building and lender relations.
- Relevant certifications or a demonstrated portfolio of compliant work.
- Experience in disputing profiles (close, inquiries, collections, etc.)
