**Job Type:** Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

**Salary:** Monthly base retainer + performance commission on closed sales (details discussed at interview)

**ABOUT US**

We are a US-based online fitness coaching business. Our founder is a national-level physique competitor and former aerospace engineer, and we help clients transform their health through 16-week coaching programs. We have 95,000+ engaged followers across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Your job is to turn that audience into booked sales calls.

**THE ROLE**

You will be the first human touchpoint for people interested in our coaching. You start genuine conversations in the DMs, build rapport over time, and book warm, qualified leads directly into our founder's Calendly.

This is a relationship-first role. We do NOT want spammy copy-paste blasting. We provide proven templates; you personalize every message and let conversations develop naturally. Rapport first, appointment second.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY**

- Send 200 to 300 outbound DMs per day across our platforms (TikTok is the top priority, then Instagram, then Facebook, then YouTube)
- Personalize our message templates for each person based on their profile and engagement
- Nurture replies at a natural pace and move warm leads toward a sales call
- Book interested leads directly into Calendly
- Write a short summary of every conversation that leads to a booked call
- Log your daily numbers (DMs sent, replies, conversations, calls booked)

**COMPENSATION**

- A guaranteed monthly base retainer, paid regardless of performance, so you always have a stable floor
- Plus performance commission on every booked call that turns into a closed sale. Commission scales with the program tier the client purchases: closing our premium program pays roughly triple what our entry program pays, so nurturing quality leads directly increases your income
- You receive a conversion report every week, so you always know exactly which of your bookings closed and what you've earned
- Total earnings for a consistent performer land well above typical full-time setter rates, with no hard ceiling on the commission side
- Exact figures are shared at the interview stage

Note: commission is paid on CLOSED sales, not just booked calls. This role rewards setters who book genuinely interested people, not calendar-stuffers.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Excellent written English with a natural, conversational American tone
- Must be available to work US hours: approximately 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM US Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. This is a firm requirement; our audience is most active during US afternoons and evenings, and fast reply speed during those hours is core to this role.
- Experience as an appointment setter, DM setter, or chat-based sales role (fitness, coaching, or online business niche is a big plus)
- Comfortable with high daily volume without losing warmth or quality
- Full-time availability, reliable internet, strong self-management
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ---------- interfaces
- Calendly experience is a plus

**WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT**

- Not a hard-sell or pressure role. If you burn leads by rushing them, this is not the right fit.
- Not a content creation or design role.
- You do not close sales on calls. You book them; our founder closes them.

One honest heads-up: on OnlineJobs.ph, listings without any salary figure get noticeably fewer applicants, since experienced setters filter by pay.
