Paid Ads Specialist - Full-Time | The Scale Space

We're a digital marketing agency that runs paid ads for service businesses: med spas, hospitality, real estate, and professional services. We don't stop at delivering leads. We stay in the funnel until the revenue shows up.
We're looking for someone who can run campaigns and read what the data is actually saying. Most ads people can launch a campaign. Fewer can tell you why cost-per-lead went up, what it's costing the client in real revenue, and the specific change that fixes it. That second skill is the one we care about most.

What you'll do:

- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Own day-to-day account health: pacing, budgets, what to scale, what to kill
- Pull performance data from the ad platforms and lead/revenue data from client CRMs
- Build clean reports that include a recommendation every time, not just numbers
- Optimize based on what you find and bring one clear recommendation per problem

What we're looking for:

- Real hands-on Meta Ads experience, not just boosted posts
- Solid Google Ads experience
- Comfortable pulling and structuring data in spreadsheets to find what's working and what isn't
- Understands attribution: the difference between a platform-reported conversion and actual client revenue
- Communicates clearly in English, brings solutions instead of just problems, and works independently without hand-holding

Schedule: Full-time, PST hours

This role is not for you if you can run ads but can't read the data behind them, you send reports without a recommendation, or you need to be told what to do next.
