Retail Leasing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute unpaid break

Salary: $1000.00 per month.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Leasing Coordinator to support our retail leasing team by managing inbound leasing inquiries and coordinating prospective tenant tours. In this role, you will respond to leads generated through Facebook Marketplace, qualify prospective tenants, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the leasing process. You will also assist with creating listing content and coordinating with leasing agents to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound retail leasing inquiries received through Facebook Marketplace.
Qualify prospective tenants by gathering information about their business type, existing locations, and leasing experience.
Coordinate property tours with regional in-office leasing agents.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Track and update lead activity using Microsoft Excel and/or CRM.
Create Facebook Marketplace listing graphics using ---------- or other graphic design softwares.
Draft listing descriptions using ChatGPT for review and approval before posting.
Coordinate with leasing agents via text messages and WhatsApp regarding prospect inquiries and tour scheduling.
Assist with occasional Spanish-language inquiries using Google Translate.
Maintain accurate records of prospect communications and leasing activity.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely, professional communication with prospective tenants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of leasing, leasing coordination, or lead qualification experience supporting the U.S. real estate industry.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience qualifying leads and managing inbound inquiries.
Proficiency with Facebook Marketplace, Microsoft Excel, and ChatGPT.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
Ability to coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with internal teams and prospective tenants.
Comfortable using Google Translate or similar tools to assist with occasional Spanish-language inquiries.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with retail leasing is preferred.

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
