About Us

All Purpose Branding (APB) is a full-service custom apparel decoration and branding company based in Los Angeles, California. Since 2012, we've grown into a 30,000 sq ft operation offering screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, and full-package apparel manufacturing. We're a tight, fast-moving team experiencing real growth — and we're building up the crew to match. The Role

You'll be the front line of our order pipeline. This role owns our ---------- inbox — managing incoming orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed, and coordinating with our production team in LA to make sure jobs move smoothly and ship on time. Extracting the data from the customers, and inputting the data into our system to properly process the work until it's delivered. Communication with customers is key here! Follow ups are mandatory and always asking about the next Purchase Order. There is a SALES aspect to this job as well, and aggressive pursuers of Purchase Orders will be rewarded.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the ---------- respond to inquiries, process incoming orders, and keep nothing slipping through the cracks. We will also be throwing you into conversations from time to time via email or text. iMessage is a plus !!

Track jobs from intake through production to delivery, following up internally to keep orders on schedule

Communicate with customers by email and phone — confirming order details, artwork, sizing, deadlines, and providing status updates

Call customers when needed using the company phone line we set up for you

Join Zoom calls with customers or our LA team when necessary

Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems

Learn our products, decoration methods, the Full Package process with our overseas factories and pricing so you can answer customer questions confidently.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IS KEY

What We're Looking For

Experience in project management, order management, customer service, or account coordination

Some knowledge of apparel decoration/embellishing (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG) strongly preferred — but above all, willing and eager to learn

Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication skills; comfortable on the phone and on video calls

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented — you follow through without being chased

Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Starting at $4.00 USD/hour, with a pay increase once you're up to speed and performing — we invest in people who prove themselves

Schedule

Full-time, working hours aligned with US Pacific Time (Los Angeles) business hours.
