JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build, manage and optimize the financial and operational backbone of our international luxury fashion group.

This is far more than an accounting position.

You will oversee finance, accounting, cash flow, operational control, international logistics, supplier payments, customer collections and management reporting across multiple companies operating in different parts of the world.

We are looking for someone who combines the precision of a CFO with the mindset of an entrepreneur and the operational discipline of a COO.

You will build complete financial transparency throughout the company.

Every euro, every dollar, every invoice, every shipment and every payment must be visible, controlled and predictable.

You will become one of the founder’s closest strategic partners.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

* Lead the complete financial organisation.
* Manage cash flow forecasting.
* Control budgets and profitability.
* Prepare monthly management reports.
* Build KPI dashboards for management.
* Improve financial processes continuously.

International Accounting

* Manage and supervise two accounting teams located in different parts of the world.
* Ensure accurate bookkeeping across multiple legal entities.
* Coordinate month-end and year-end closings.
* Ensure VAT, tax and statutory compliance.
* Consolidate international reporting.

Treasury & Payments

* Supervise all incoming and outgoing payments.
* Monitor customer collections.
* Control supplier payments.
* Manage banking relationships.
* Optimise cash management internationally.
* Prevent payment delays and bottlenecks.

Operations & Supply Chain

* Monitor international goods flows.
* Follow purchase orders from production until delivery.
* Control inventory movements.
* Coordinate logistics with suppliers, warehouses and freight partners.
* Ensure operational reporting is always accurate.
* Work closely with operations and logistics teams.

Business Systems

* Improve ERP processes.
* Connect financial data with operational reporting.
* Ensure accurate dashboards and real-time KPIs.
* Help automate reporting wherever possible.
