JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic, reliable Virtual Assistant who enjoys spending time on Facebook and is great at communicating with people.

Your primary responsibility will be finding and recruiting skilled contractors through Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace. We are building one of the largest contractor networks in the United States and need someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people every day.

Responsibilities
• Search Facebook for contractor groups throughout the United States.
• Join and actively participate in Facebook groups.
• Find and scrape contact information for:
o Roofers
o Plumbers
o Electricians
o HVAC Contractors
o General Contractors
o Painters
o Flooring Installers
o Framers
o Drywall Contractors
o Concrete Contractors
o Landscapers
o Other skilled trades
• Organize contractor information into spreadsheets or our CRM.
• Create and publish Facebook posts in contractor groups.
• Respond to comments and Facebook Messenger inquiries.
• Conduct initial interviews through Facebook Messenger.
• Call qualified contractors from your list to ask screening questions.
• Maintain accurate notes on every conversation.
• Help us continually grow our nationwide contractor database.

Requirements
• Active Facebook account.
• Comfortable using Facebook for several hours every day.
• Familiar with Facebook Groups, Marketplace, Messenger, and searching techniques.
• Excellent written English.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Ability to follow systems while also thinking independently.

Preferred (Not Required)
• Spanish speaking.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates.
• Experience in construction or home improvement.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with CRMs.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
