JOB OVERVIEW

Tysons Playground is a premium strength training facility with two locations in Northern
Virginia. We are not a class based gym. We give serious lifters access to world class
equipment and a strong culture. We are hiring a remote Social Media Manager to own our
brand presence across every channel.

You will run our content engine. You will not shoot or edit yourself. You will plan the content,
brief our onsite videographer on what to capture, manage our remote editor who cuts it, and
publish content that builds awareness and brings in new members. You own the calendar
and you own the timeline.

What you will do

*Own the content calendar and posting schedule for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and
YouTube across both locations

*Brief the onsite videographer each week on shots, concepts, and formats

*Manage the remote editor and review every cut against our brand standards

*Write captions that match our voice

*Support our paid campaigns with organic content

*Manage comments and direct messages and route leads to our team

*Report weekly on reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads

What we are looking for

*At least 2 years managing social media for a real brand or business
*A portfolio that shows premium, high quality content
*Fluent written and spoken English
*Proven ability to coordinate a remote team and hit deadlines
*Comfort with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics
*Reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours
*A genuine interest in fitness and strength training

Compensation
This role pays $600 USD per month during a 90 day probation period. After you complete
the 90 days and prove you can run the role, your pay increases to $850 USD per month.
The raise is based on performance, not time served. We want someone who wants a long
term seat and will grow with us.
