# AI VIDEO-MOVIE EDITOR / VIDEOGRAPHER — LONG-TERM CAREER

I need a **Video-Movie Editor and Videographer** for a full-time, long-term career.

## CURRENT SKILLS & YOUR STRONG COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS LEARNING

Today, we are heavily involved in AI video production.

Strong experience with the following is very important:

* Higgsfield
* Kling 3.0
* Nano Banana Pro
* AI image-to-video
* AI characters
* Character consistency
* Lip synchronization
* AI video prompting
* AI image editing

Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a good start.

We use **Camtasia** and will train you.

You will also learn and use:

* Descript
* AI voice programs
* AI music
* YouTube production
* Social media video editing
* New AI video programs as they are released

**Your commitment to learning is as important as your current skills.**

AI is changing every month.

You must learn, test and improve every week.

You need to watch current training videos, test new software and bring new ideas to our team.

**Twenty minutes of self-education training a week is NOT enough in the AI world.**

We should NOT have to chase you to learn.

We want someone who is excited to learn on their own.

## QUALITY ENGLISH IS IMPORTANT

Quality English pronunciation is a core need.

You must understand English instructions and communicate clearly with our Canadian team.

Some of your work may include virtual support and talking with people.

This is not the main job, but you must be comfortable speaking with people.

## WORKING HOURS

We work **Vancouver, Canada Pacific Time hours.**

Starting at approximately **3:00 AM Philippine time** is important.

My busiest day is Saturday.

About every third week, we may sell a home between **5:00 PM and 11:00 PM Vancouver time.**

This can mean working approximately **10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday in the Philippines.**

You must be prepared for this schedule.
