JOB OVERVIEW

I run B2 Web Solutions, a web design agency serving small businesses in the United States. I am looking for a creative video editor and social media assistant who can turn our website redesign projects into engaging short-form content.

The primary responsibility will be creating before-and-after videos showing a business’s old website compared to the redesigned website we built.

You must own or have reliable access to a Mac that can run Screen Studio.

Responsibilities:

• Record websites using Screen Studio on macOS
• Create polished before-and-after website videos
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn
• Add hooks, captions, music, transitions, zooms, and calls to action
• Create occasional Canva graphics and carousel posts
• Write natural-sounding social media captions
• Schedule and publish content
• Track views, engagement, and leads
• Suggest ideas that can help grow B2 Web Solutions online

Requirements:

• You own a Mac or MacBook
• Experience editing short-form videos
• Experience with Screen Studio or similar screen-recording software
• Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong written English
• Good understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Strong attention to detail and modern design
• Reliable communication and internet connection
