Remote Hardscaping Sales & Estimating Specialist (Full-Time, US Hours)
Company: Smarter Scapes LLC Position: Full-time (40 hrs/week) Salary: $1,800–2,500/month USD, depending on experience Schedule: US business hours (required — this is a real-time role)

About Us
Smarter Scapes is a US-based hardscaping company serving residential and commercial clients — patios, pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. We're looking for a sharp, reliable remote tea ---------- mber to sell projects, run our estimating, and manage supply logistics.

What You'll Do
Sell hardscaping projects over the phone using CrankWheel screen-sharing presentations — walk customers through their project design and close the sale

• Design and draw out hardscape projects in Uvision 3D design software
• Prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial hardscaping projects (materials, labor, takeoffs)
• Manage customer communications (calls, texts, email, pipelines) through Go High Level CRM
• Order supplies and materials online from our vendors and track deliveries
• Coordinate with our driver in real time to schedule and direct deliveries to job sites
• Keep estimates, orders, and delivery schedules organized and up to date

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone with US customers daily. This is non-negotiable and will be tested in a video interview.
• Proven phone sales ability — you must be able to present and close a project remotely
• Experience with estimating or quoting — hardscaping, construction, or trades preferred
• Experience with (or ability to quickly learn) CrankWheel, Uvision, and Go High Level — tell us which you've used
• Strong math and attention to detail (measurements, quantities, pricing)
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and suppliers
• Able to work US business hours consistently
• Reliable computer, headset, and fast internet with backup power/connection
• Organized, self-directed, and responsive — dispatching deliveries means quick decisions

Nice to Have
• Hands-on hardscaping knowledge (paver installation, base prep, wall systems, drainage)
• Experience with Xero, spreadsheets, or other estimating/design software
• Prior work with US-based small businesses

Pay & Benefits
• $1,800–2,500/month depending on experience
• Long-term, stable full-time position — we want someone who grows with us
