JOB OVERVIEW

Copywriter, Creative, Conversion-Focused, Mid–Senior Level (Full-Time)

Salary: 850 to 1200 USD per month depending on experience and portfolio

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Work Hours: Must be available during Pacific Standard Time, 7:00am to 7:00pm
Location: Remote, Philippines

Pacific Outdoor Living is a U.S. outdoor-living brand known for premium landscaping, design-build services, and homeowner education. We focus on clarity, creativity, and helping homeowners feel confident about the choices they make. Our content reflects that tone, aiming to be friendly, trustworthy, professional and genuinely helpful.

We are looking for a mid–senior level copywriter who can blend creativity with strategy. You should understand how words influence decisions, be able to take a concept and turn it into compelling, conversion-focused copy, and know how to write for both humans and search engines. You do not need to be a top-tier senior writer, but you should have enough experience to work independently, elevate content quality, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

You will write website copy such as service pages, landing pages, and location pages. You will create SEO content including blogs, guides, and resource articles. You will produce ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns. You will write email sequences for nurture flows, promotions, and follow-ups. You will also craft social media hooks, captions, and short-form content, along with brand messaging for campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Your responsibilities include writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy with a strong creative voice. You will strengthen and refine existing templates, frameworks, and SOPs. You will apply SEO best practices to every piece of content and use tools such as Search Atlas, Surfer, or similar platforms. You will research topics and turn them into clear, helpful content. You will edit and improve existing copy when needed, communicate proactively, meet deadlines, and collaborate during Pacific Standard Time hours.

To qualify for this role, you must have strong English writing skills with proven marketing or SEO experience. You should be able to write creatively while staying strategic and structured. You must understand on-page SEO fundamentals and be comfortable using SEO tools. You should be able to analyze competitor content and identify strong angles. You must have reliable internet, strong communication habits, high attention to detail, and be willing to work PST hours. All writing must be original and human-written. We do not accept AI-generated drafts or AI-dependent writing workflows.

It is helpful if you have experience writing for home-services, landscaping, or construction. Familiarity with U.S. audiences is beneficial. Understanding funnels, buyer psychology, and conversion triggers is valuable. The ability to contribute ideas to content strategy and messaging is also appreciated.
