JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring an Amazon Brand & Catalogue Manager to fully own our Amazon presence across all marketplaces we sell on (UK and EU), plus visibility into our eBay, B&Q The Range, and other Website channels.
This is not a bid-tuner role. Using our proprietary framework (built on Titan's PPC 3.0 methodology), under 5% of real performance problems turn out to be PPC — most wins come from price, listing, product, or inventory fixes further up the funnel. You'll run a monthly diagnostic across our active parent products, assign each one a State (Scale/Optimize/Hold/Recover) and a Driver (the one thing actually holding it back), then execute the right fix — PPC or otherwise.
What you'll own:

Full responsibility for growing profitability across the catalogue, on every marketplace we sell on — not just running campaigns, but genuinely moving the margin needle
Run our monthly ranking + diagnostic process (Combined Rank Analysis ? Titan PPC Audit) and assign every product a State + Driver + Execution Focus
Catalogue management end to end: build and upload flat files for bulk listing changes, fix broken or incomplete parent/child variations, and keep every marketplace listing accurate and complete
Competitor analysis to actively spot opportunities — gaps in keywords, pricing, positioning, or category coverage that we're not yet capturing
Build and maintain PPC campaigns to a structured 3-phase framework, following a defined bid waterfall and 4-week operating cadence
Diagnose and fix product, price, and listing issues — you coordinate, not do every creative task yourself
Keep inventory signals current across every channel (we're FBM, so on-hand stock isn't visible to our tools — you'll be given it directly)
Submit a one-page weekly scorecard and log every change you make, with the data and reasoning behind it

What we expect:

You work to clear guardrails and flag anything outside them with data, before it becomes a problem
You bring solutions, not problems — data, two options, and your recommendation
You don't churn strategy weekly — states are stable, revisited monthly, reset quarterly

Tools: Titan Tools, Titan AI Connect (via Claude), Amazon Seller Central / Ads Console, flat file templates. Full training curriculum and our own internal playbooks provided — you'll ramp at your own pace, not a fixed daily quota.

You're a strong fit if: you have 5+ years managing Amazon accounts at a senior or ownership level — not as a task-executor on someone else's instructions, but as the person who d ---------- the strategy. PPC and catalogue/listing management are both genuinely second nature: you've built and managed flat files without guidance, fixed broken parent/child variation structures from scratch, and run competitor analysis that led to real pricing or positioning decisions — not just spreadsheets nobody acted on.

This role is not a fit if: you're early-career, primarily execute tasks assigned by someone else, or would need training on Seller Central basics, flat file structure, or campaign fundamentals. We've built full training for our specific systems and framework — but we're not the place to learn Amazon from the ground up. Please don't apply unless you can point to real, documented results (revenue growth, margin improvement, or catalogue turnarounds) you personally drove, not just supported.
Expect a scenario-based screening question and a request to walk through a real account you've managed — not a general skills quiz.
