JOB OVERVIEW

Kajabi Operations Specialist (Remote)

20 hours per week | Long-term role | Remote

I'm looking for someone exceptional.

Not a general virtual assistant.

Not someone who has "used Kajabi a little."

I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves creating order, building systems and making sure every detail is right.

I run a growing online education business in the fields of somatic healing, nervous system education and personal growth. We have an online membership, digital courses, live events, retreats, email marketing and a private community, all managed through Kajabi.

As we continue to grow, I need someone I can trust completely.

When I assign a task, I want to know it will be completed accurately, tested thoroughly, and finished to a high standard without me needing to check every detail.

This role includes
Managing Kajabi products and courses
Managing Offers and member access
Building and updating landing pages
Uploading and organising course content
Managing our Kajabi Community
Creating and testing automations

Email broadcasts and email sequences
Podcast uploads
Website updates
Member support
General operational administration
Identifying ways to improve systems and efficiency
You MUST have
At least 2 years' hands-on experience working in Kajabi
Experience with Products, Offers, Automations, Pipelines, Communities and Email Campaigns
Excellent written English
Outstanding organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
A reliable internet connection
The ability to work independently
