JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing international e-commerce business.

The successful candidate will act as the founder's right-hand person, leading operations across multiple markets. You'll oversee the team, finance, logistics, suppliers, and core business processes, ensuring everything runs efficiently while the founder focuses on growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the internal team and external contractors
• Assign priorities and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Act as the main point of contact between the founder and the team
• Improve and document operational processes and SOPs
• Oversee daily operations across Shopify, Xero, logistics, and finance
• Review invoices, orders, and financial transactions
• Monitor cash flow and outstanding payments
• Manage Shopify operations across D2C and B2B channels
• Coordinate suppliers, freight partners, and international logistics
• Oversee factory orders and production timelines
• Coordinate business travel and event logistics
• Prepare operational reports and identify process improvements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong operational background with ownership of business processes
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Xero
• Experience working with e-commerce or international operations
• Strong understanding of finance operations and reconciliation
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, A2X, Wise, or PayPal Business
• Background in wholesale, B2B, or international product businesses
• Experience with freight, customs, or international logistics
