JOB OVERVIEW

# AI Children’s Book Illustrator and Video Creator

We are hiring a creative AI illustrator and video creator to help produce original children’s book series, consistent characters, book covers, interior illustrations, and promotional videos.

We provide the written stories, creative direction, AI tools, and production instructions. Your job is to turn those materials into polished, child-friendly books.

## Compensation

* $1 USD per hour
* Full-time or part-time
* 20 to 40 hours per week
* $1 completion bonus for each book in a completed and published series
* Potential year-end Christmas bonus based on performance, reliability, quality, and company results

Example:

* Completed and published 5-book series: $5 bonus
* Completed and published 10-book series: $10 bonus
* Completed and published 20-book series: $20 bonus

The book completion bonus is paid after the full series is completed, approved, and published.

The Christmas bonus is discretionary and not guaranteed.

## Responsibilities

* Create original children’s book illustrations
* Maintain consistent characters across pages and books
* Create character reference sheets, expressions, clothing, and poses
* Design book covers and interior illustrations
* Correct AI image errors and inconsistencies
* Format images for digital and print publishing
* Create short promotional videos and animated scenes
* Add narration, captions, music, and sound effects
* Revise work based on feedback
* Organize prompts, reference images, and project files

## Helpful Tools

Experience with any of these tools is helpful:

* ChatGPT image generation
* Nano Banana
* Midjourney
* FLUX
* Stable Diffusion
* ComfyUI
* Canva
* Photoshop
* Kling
* Seedance
* Veo
* Runway
* CapCut
* ElevenLabs

You do not need experience with every tool. You must be able to learn new software, use reference images, maintain character consistency, and turn AI-generated material into finished work.

## Qualifications

* Strong visual creativity
* Good written English
* Experience or serious interest in AI image generation
* Basic image and video-editing skills
* Ability to create child-friendly content
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet and a capable computer
* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
* Willingness to complete revisions

All work must be original. Do not copy copyrighted characters, books, illustrations, or protected artwork.
