We are a fast-growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a highly skilled, fast, and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team.
This is a non-licensed insurance support position. You will not sell insurance, recommend coverage, provide insurance advice, negotiate terms, quote policies, bind coverage, or make decisions that require an insurance license.
We are looking for a true computer rock star who can work quickly across multiple systems and screens while maintaining a very high level of accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
Entering client, business, vehicle, driver, and policy information into agency systems.
Updating internal records based on instructions from licensed staff.
Uploading, downloading, renaming, and organizing documents.
Reviewing forms and documents to confirm all required fields are completed.
Checking names, addresses, dates, VINs, driver information, and other details for accuracy.
Comparing information between
Identifying missing documents or inconsistent information.
Contacting clients to request documents or factual information using approved agency templates.
Following up on missing paperwork and unanswered administrative requests.
Organizing
Updating task lists, spreadsheets, CRM records, and internal tracking systems.
Preparing draft
Sending documents or status updates that have already been approved by licensed staff.
Retrieving policy documents, identification cards, invoices, and other records from carrier systems when authorized.
Tracking open items, deadlines, pending documents, and follow-ups.
Preparing daily production reports showing completed and unfinished work.
Immediately reporting errors, missing information, or unusual activity to a manager.
Following written procedures, checklists, and company security requirements.
Licensing Limitations
This is an administrative support role only.
The employee will not:
Sell or solicit insurance.
Recommend insurance coverage.
Explain or interpret coverage.
Provide advice about insurance options.
Negotiate premiums, coverage, or policy terms.
Quote, bind, issue, cancel, or change coverage independently.
Make underwriting or coverage decisions.
Represent themselves as a licensed insurance agent.
Perform any activity that the agency designates for licensed staff.
Any request involving coverage, pricing, policy terms, recommendations, or insurance advice must be immediately transferred to a licensed tea
Computer Skills Are Extremely Important
You should be highly comfortable with:
Multiple monitors and multiple open windows.
Microsoft Outlook.
Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Word.
PDF documents.
Online portals and browser-based systems.
Copying and transferring information accurately between systems.
Keyboard shortcuts.

Learning new software quickly.
Experience with insurance agency systems is helpful, but strong computer skills, speed, accuracy, and learning ability are more important.
