JOB OVERVIEW

SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a growing Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Generator, Water Treatment and Well Pump company located in Ontario, Canada.

We are building a best-in-class operating system that combines ServiceM8, QuickBooks Online, HighLevel, AI automation, inventory management and standard operating procedures to support continued growth.

We are looking for someone who understands not only ServiceM8, but how a profitable home service business should operate.

This is a systems implementation and operations role, not only a data entry position.

Your mission is to optimize and continuously improve our business systems so our office staff and technicians can work efficiently, consistently and profitably.

You will evaluate our current ServiceM8 setup, recommend improvements, implement changes, document processes and help us build scalable systems.

Core Responsibilities

ServiceM8 Administration

* Review our current ServiceM8 configuration
* Optimize job workflows
* Configure job templates
* Build and maintain service categories
* Configure forms and certificates
* Create custom fields
* Build recurring maintenance jobs
* Configure memberships
* Create automation rules
* Build technician workflows
* Build office workflows
* Configure notifications
* Maintain customer records
* Improve scheduling workflows
* Create reports and dashboards
* Configure badges and job statuses

Pricebook Management

* Build and maintain flat-rate services
* Organize categories
* Create service tasks
* Maintain labour pricing
* Update material pricing
* Build equipment replacement packages
* Create Good / Better / Best options
* Build membership pricing
* Standardize estimate templates

Inventory Management

* Organize warehouse inventory
* Organize truck stock
* Create inventory categories
* Maintain vendor information
* Track inventory usage
* Review inventory discrepancies
* Build replenishment procedures
* Create purchasing workflows
* Manage stock transfers
* Develop barcode standards
* Improve inventory accuracy

Purchasing
