Mr. De La Rosa Electrical Services is a growing residential electrical company serving customers in Pennsylvania, USA. We are looking for a dependable, intelligent, organized, and personable assistant who can help manage incoming customer calls, messages, appointments, and lead follow-up.
This is not a temporary gig. The position will begin part-time with a paid trial and may grow into a long-term, full-time Operations and Customer Service role as the company expands.
Primary responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls through Dialpad during scheduled working hours.
Speak professionally and confidently with homeowners in the United States.
Gather the customer’s name, phone number, service address, electrical issue, urgency, and other necessary details.
Qualify incoming leads and schedule estimates or service appointments.
Transfer important or technical calls to the company owner when necessary.
Respond to customer messages through Instagram,
Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, missed calls, and pending jobs.
Confirm upcoming appointments and update Google Calendar.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM or lead-tracking system.
Request customer reviews after completed jobs.
Help make sure no customer inquiry or sales opportunity is forgotten.
Electrical experience is not required. Training about our services, procedures, and pricing policies will be provided.
Required qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear, professional, friendly telephone communication.
Previous experience in customer service, phone support, appointment setting, inbound sales, reception, or virtual assistance.
Reliable internet connection, computer, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
Organized and able to follow detailed instructions.
Comfortable learning Dialpad, Google Calendar, Gmail, ManyChat, Meta Business Suite, CRM software, and ChatGPT.
Able to work during scheduled Eastern Time business hours.
Honest, dependable, proactive, and interested in growing with a small company.
Comfortable asking questions, following up with leads, and helping convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Schedule and compensation
Approximately 20 hours per week to begin.
Monday through Friday.
Initial schedule: approximately 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Two-week paid trial.
Trial rate: $6 USD per hour.
Following successful probation: approximately $7–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and performance.
