About Olvy

Olvy is a fast-growing European private-label e-commerce company selling through Amazon EU and UK, ---------- , Kaufland, Allegro and MediaMarkt.

We are on track to reach €20 million in revenue in 2026 with a team of approximately 20 people across the Netherlands and the Philippines. We are building strong consumer brands supported by excellent execution, reliable data and scalable internal systems.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to lead the growth and profitability of our Amazon business across Europe and the UK.

You will have real ownership of our Amazon growth strategy, advertising performance, assortment decisions and product launches. You will work closely with our Amazon specialists, an external PPC agency and our internal development team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on analysis. You will not simply execute tasks. You will help d ---------- where we invest, which products we prioritize and how we grow revenue profitably.

What You Will Own
- Amazon revenue and profitability across EU and UK marketplaces
- PPC strategy, budget allocation and campaign performance
- Performance monitoring across TACoS, ACoS, BSR, contribution margin and SKU-level profitability
- Strategic alignment and performance management of our external PPC agency
- Product launch planning and post-launch optimization
- Assortment analysis and portfolio recommendations
- Weekly reporting, forecasting and identification of growth opportunities
- Leadership and development of a small team of Amazon specialists
- Process improvement in collaboration with our internal developers
- Structured project management through ClickUp

What We Are Looking For
- At least three years of hands-on Amazon experience in brand management, marketplace management or PPC
- Experience working with European Amazon marketplaces
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising and performance metrics
- Confidence analyzing data and turning insights into decisions
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong ownership, communication and organizational skills
