I am looking for an experienced LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Specialist to help build meaningful business relationships and generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your job is NOT to create LinkedIn content or design graphics.

Your responsibility is to help turn LinkedIn into a consistent source of high-quality business relationships and qualified leads.

This includes building genuine connections, engaging with the right people, and creating conversations that can eventually lead to business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Research and identify ideal prospects
* Find decision-makers within target companies
* Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests
* Build genuine conversations through LinkedIn messaging
* Follow up professionally with prospects
* Engage with industry leaders and potential clients through thoughtful comments
* Help increase visibility by interacting consistently with relevant LinkedIn content
* Qualify potential opportunities before passing them on
* Keep accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
* Suggest improvements to outreach strategies and messaging

IMPORTANT

This is NOT a learn-on-the-job position.

I am looking for someone who already has PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE using LinkedIn for outreach, networking, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation.

You should already understand how to build authentic conversations and relationships without relying on spammy or mass-messaging techniques.

Compensation will depend on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Exceptional candidates with proven LinkedIn outreach experience may receive higher compensation.
