JOB OVERVIEW

Digital to Physical (D2P) is building software that helps traders improve their discipline, analyze performance, and make better trading decisions. We’re a small, fast-moving startup looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with the company.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “post content.” We’re looking for someone who can help us get our message in front of more traders every single day.

Your Responsibilities

Content

* Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
* Turn one long recording into multiple short clips.
* Create engaging captions and titles.
* Schedule content across platforms.
* Organize a weekly content calendar.
* Maintain consistent posting.

Community

* Reply to comments professionally.
* Engage with followers.
* Help identify common questions for future content.
* Monitor DMs and flag important messages.

Outreach

* Research trading creators and influencers.
* Reach out to potential affiliates and partners.
* Contact podcast hosts for guest opportunities.
* Find relevant trading communities, Reddit communities, and trading groups (without spamming).
* Build relationships with creators and communities.
* Track outreach efforts in a spreadsheet or CRM.

Research

* Identify trending topics traders are discussing.
* Suggest new content ideas.
* Research competitors and successful creators.
* Bring fresh marketing ideas to the team.

Success Looks Like

Each week you will aim to:

* Publish 30–60 short-form videos.
* Send 20–50 personalized outreach messages each workday.
* Schedule at least 5 partnership or collaboration calls each week.
* Maintain a consistent content calendar.
* Help grow our audience across social media platforms.

Skills We’re Looking For

* Excellent written English.
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
* Experience with social media platforms.
* Comfortable with outreach and relationship building.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Willing to learn and improve.

Bonus Skills

* Trading or investing knowledge.
* Experience working for a SaaS company.
* Copywriting experience.
* Canva or graphic design experience.
* Email marketing experience.
* Trading community management.
