Elevation Individual & Family Therapy is a rapidly growing mental health practice based in Illinois and Indiana. We provide therapy services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families through multiple office locations and telehealth.

We're not looking for someone who simply posts on social media.

# Your Mission

Your primary goal is simple:

**Generate more clients, more therapist applicants, more referral partners, and more revenue while helping Elevation become one of the most recognized mental health brands in our region.**

You'll work directly with the CEO to execute marketing initiatives while owning the day-to-day marketing operations.

# What You'll Own

## Social Media Management

* Create monthly content calendars
* Schedule posts
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form content
* Manage:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube
* LinkedIn
* Monitor analytics
* Identify content trends
* Grow engagement organically

## Video Editing

Our team will record videos.

You will:

* Edit videos
* Add captions
* Add graphics
* Add transitions
* Create reels
* Create YouTube Shorts
* Optimize videos for each platform

---

## Graphic Design

Design professional marketing materials including:

* Flyers
* Brochures
* Event banners
* Social graphics
* Workbooks
* Presentation slides
* Business cards
* Posters
* Infographics

---

## Website Management

Maintain and improve our website by:

* Updating pages
* Adding new therapists
* Creating landing pages
* Improving SEO
* Publishing blogs
* Optimizing lead capture

---

## Digital Products

Create and publish digital products such as:

* Therapy workbooks
* Journals
* Worksheets
* Parent guides
* Mental health resources

Publish them on platforms like:

* Etsy
* Shopify
* Gumroad
* Payhip
* Our website

## Paid Advertising

Manage advertising campaigns including:

* Facebook Ads
* Instagram Ads
* Google Ads

Monitor:

* Cost per lead
* Return on ad spend
* Campaign performance

Recommend improvements.

## Partnership Lead Generation

Research and contact:

* Schools
* Pediatricians
* Churches
* Medical offices
* Nonprofits
* Community organizations
* HR departments

Your goal is to generate interest and schedule meetings with our leadership team.

You are not expected to close partnerships—we'll handle that.

Create and send:
