American Sign & Lighting is a well-established U.S. company looking for experienced Outbound Sales Representatives to help us grow our customer base.

If you enjoy prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and closing business, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.

We're looking for sales professionals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by results—not people looking for a customer service position.

What You'll Do
? Make 100–120 outbound cold calls per day
? Prospect new businesses across the United States
? Identify decision makers
? Qualify opportunities
? Build and manage your sales pipeline
? Follow up consistently with prospects
? Maintain detailed CRM notes
? Close new business opportunities

Compensation
? ?48,000 PHP monthly base salary
? Paid weekly
? Uncapped commissions
? Top performers have the opportunity to earn over $24,000 USD per year
? Long-term remote opportunity with a U.S.-based company

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Daily Team Huddle: 7:45 AM EST
100% Remote

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for people who already have experience selling—not simply scheduling appointments.
Ideal candidates have:
? 2+ years of B2B Sales experience
? Cold calling experience
? Experience selling to U.S. clients (preferred)
? Strong objection handling skills
? Experience working toward sales targets
? Excellent spoken English
? Experience using a CRM
? Reliable internet and personal computer
