Pop On Veneers is a fast-growing U.S. direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand looking for an experienced Assistant E-commerce Manager. This is not a Virtual Assistant position. We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.

Responsibilities
- Build and update Shopify product and landing pages
- Manage Recharge subscriptions and Rebuy upsells/cross-sells
- Build and optimize Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
- Monitor the website for bugs, broken links, discount issues, and app errors
- Support A/B testing using Intelligems
- Track and improve key metrics including Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Churn, and Email Revenue

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with: Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, Intelligems
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with direct-response marketing and customer acquisition
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
