JOB OVERVIEW

HighLevel Virtual Assistant / Automation & AI Specialist

Part-Time to Start | Growth Opportunity to Full-Time | EST Working Hours

We are looking for a skilled, proactive HighLevel Virtual Assistant / Automation & AI Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a basic administrative VA position. We need someone who is comfortable working hands-on inside HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and can confidently build, troubleshoot, and manage client systems.

The ideal candidate has strong practical experience with HighLevel, understands marketing automation and funnels, is comfortable working with AI tools, and is interested in using modern AI-assisted development and “vibe coding” tools to build and improve websites and landing pages.

This position will begin part-time and has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we continue to bring on new clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Building and editing funnels, websites, and landing pages inside HighLevel
*Creating forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, and other HighLevel assets
*Connecting and managing social media profiles within HighLevel
*Creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts
*Building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows and automations
*Setting up triggers, actions, tags, custom fields, notifications, lead routing, and follow-up sequences
*Creating and deploying AI agents, including conversational AI and other AI-powered client solutions
*Testing AI agents and automation workflows to ensure they perform reliably before deployment
*Assisting with CRM setup, organization, and ongoing account maintenance
*Working within client sub-accounts and helping onboard new clients
*Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying solutions independently
*Using AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools to help create or customize websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences
*Performing quality assurance and testing before client-facing work goes live
*Documenting systems, workflows, and processes as needed

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with real, hands-on HighLevel experience. You should be comfortable navigating the platform and completing projects without needing step-by-step instruction for every task.

You should have experience with:
*HighLevel / GoHighLevel
*Funnel and landing page creation
*HighLevel websites
*Workflows and marketing automation
*CRM and pipeline management
*Forms, surveys, calendars, triggers, tags, and custom fields
*Social media profile integrations and social media scheduling
*AI agents and AI-powered automation
*Testing and troubleshooting automations
*Basic HTML/CSS or a willingness to work with AI-assisted coding tools
*AI tools and modern “vibe coding” platforms for building or enhancing websites and landing pages

Bonus Skills

The following skills are not required but are a strong plus:
*HighLevel API and webhook experience
*Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
*Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
*Voice AI agents
*Prompt engineering
*Chatbot development
*Email and SMS campaign setup
*Domain, DNS, email, and phone number configuration

*Client onboarding and account setup
*Graphic design or Canva experience
*Experience working in a digital marketing, automation, or AI agency environment

Schedule & Availability
This is a remote position
The role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position
You must be available to work during EST business hours
Consistent availability and reliable communication during agreed-upon working hours are required
