JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help manage and edit my growing Amazon Influencer video library.

My immediate priority is a backlog of 700+ Amazon product review videos that need to be organized and edited for Amazon compliance. If you enjoy organizing files, following detailed instructions, and paying attention to the little things, this could be a great fit.

No previous VA experience is required. I'll provide training—I care much more about reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn than experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

Video Organization

Organize raw video files and project folders
Rename files using a consistent naming system
Track project progress in spreadsheets
Keep thousands of video files organized

Amazon Compliance Editing
Using my checklist, you'll:

Remove or trim non-compliant statements
Blur sensitive or personal information
Remove profanity when necessary
Trim mistakes and unnecessary sections
Export the completed video and return it using the correct folder structure

Administrative Support

Maintain spreadsheets and project trackers
Conduct online research
Assist with documentation and other administrative tasks
As You Grow

Once you've mastered the editing workflow, you'll also help with:

Researching brands that sell on Amazon
Finding influencer or PR contact information
Sending outreach emails using approved templates
Following up with brands
Building a database of companies willing to send products to Canadian creators
Requirements
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written English
Reliable internet and computer
Comfortable learning AI tools like ChatGPT
Willing to use Hubstaff
Available for a daily check-in
30-Day Paid Training

All new hires complete a paid 30-day training period. During this time you'll learn my editing standards, compliance process, and organization system. Successful candidates will transition into a long-term full-time position.
