JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred, with international opportunities available)
Employment Type: Independent Partnership / IB Agreement

We are currently looking for an experienced Gold (XAUUSD) Trader to join our rapidly growing management team for a long-term partnership.

This is not a short-term position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about trading, committed to growth, and interested in building something substantial with us.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 6–12 months of verified XAUUSD trading experience
Consistent trading track record (Myfxbook or other verified performance is an advantage)
Strong understanding of risk management and market structure
Professional communication skills
Long-term mindset with a desire to grow alongside our team
Highly Valued (Preferred Qualifications)

Applicants with any of the following will receive priority consideration:

Experience with copy trading and automation systems
Experience creating or managing trading automation
Existing trading community (Telegram, ---------- , WhatsApp, etc.)
Experience building sales funnels, lead generation systems, or trader acquisition funnels
Previous experience as an Introducing Broker (IB), Money Manager, or community leader
Ability to educate, mentor, or grow a trading community
