JOB OVERVIEW

Luxe Ledger Financial is a growing financial services firm based in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and dependable GoHighLevel Website & Automation Specialist to help build, maintain, and optimize the digital systems that support our business and enhance our client experience.

This is not an administrative virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building websites, creating sales funnels, developing marketing automations, and keeping digital systems organized and running efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain our GoHighLevel CRM
* Build and update websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
* Create and manage email and SMS automation workflows
* Build and maintain forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, and workflows
* Design professional graphics, flyers, PDFs, and marketing materials using Canva
* Upload and organize lead magnets and digital resources
* Test automations and troubleshoot technical issues
* Keep all digital systems organized, updated, and functioning properly
* Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, automation, and the overall client experience

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has experience with:

* GoHighLevel
* Marketing Automation
* Canva
* Building websites and sales funnels
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Experience working with financial services, professional service businesses, or digital marketing agencies is a plus but not required.

Position Details

* Part-Time
* Approximately 30 hours per week
* Starting Pay: $5.50 per hour
* Opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth based on performance and company expansion
