JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and coachable Sales Development Representative to drive our outbound pipeline growth. You will prospect, qualify, and set meetings with potential clients in our target market, playing a key role in the growth of our cybersecurity firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify target prospects within our ideal customer profile (ICP)
• Execute outbound outreach via email and cold calling
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records with all prospecting activities and outcomes
• Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging, sequences, and campaign targeting
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume and meetings booked
