JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced social media manager looking for a long-term position with ongoing educational training about social media? You might be just the right person we're looking for!

Just Simply Marketing (JSM) is a digital marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada, dedicated to helping business coaches, speakers, and experts from the US and Canada build, grow, and monetize their online brands. Specializing in organic marketing strategies, we focus on content creation, social media management, lead generation, and video production to help our clients stand out online. At JSM, we value creativity, excellence, and personal growth in everything we do.

You will work closely with our creatives, video editing and graphic design teams to review and approve videos and designs, ensuring it aligns with our clients' brand and strategy. As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our clients' brand growth and increased online presence.

This is a fully remote position with a working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PHT, Monday - Friday. The Social Media Specialist will have to report directly to the Social Media Team Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Research: You will analyze and do your research on our clients' brands, market, industry, and competitors to develop effective social media strategies.

2. Content Creation: You will be responsible for generating original and repurposed content ideas that drive engagement and growth. Your innovative and creative mind will help our clients stand out from the crowd.

3. Content Copywriting & Scriptwriting: You will curate meaningful and engaging content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and aligns with their brand identity. This includes writing scroll-stopping captions, scripts, and headlines tailored to different social media platforms.

4. Content Posting: You will handle the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms in line with the content calendar and the strategy you've created.

5. Content Analysis and Report: You will generate reports on account performance and audience engagement. These insights will be used to optimize strategies and create better content for our clients.

***Training is provided. Plus you will have access to multiple social media courses.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a social media manager
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube
- Knows social media trends and the social media industry
- Proven track record in achieving results for your past/current clients' online brands
- Experience in copywriting and understands SEO & keywords
- Looking to work for the long-term and grow within the company
- Experience with ---------- , Metricool, ---------- , Google Drive, and Google Docs is highly preferred, but not required
