JOB OVERVIEW

## Assistant Manager — Remote

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Assistant Manager to support our employee housing operations. This is a remote role focused on keeping communication, tasks, records, and follow-ups moving smoothly across teams and departments.

You will work closely with the Manager to coordinate daily operations, monitor outstanding issues, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

### Responsibilities

- Coordinate communication between internal teams, departments, housing staff, and other stakeholders.
- Track requests, i ---------- , tasks, and updates through completion.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and status updates in company systems.
- Follow up proactively to ensure issues are handled promptly and escalated when needed.
- Help organize priorities and complete projects assigned by the Manager.
- Identify gaps, overdue items, or unresolved situations and keep them moving toward resolution.
- Support operational consistency across employee housing locations and processes.

### What We’re Looking For

- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and coordinating with different people.
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of tasks.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in operations, property management, housing, hospitality, administration, or team coordination is a plus.

### Schedule & Availability

This position does not follow fixed daily working hours. The Assistant Manager must be dependable, responsive, and available on-call during an agreed-upon coverage window to address urgent situations as they arise.

Outside of immediate issues, the role includes completing assigned operational tasks and projects from the Manager. Flexibility and reliable follow-up are essential.

This position begins with a probationary period at a reduced starting pay rate. During this time, we will evaluate reliability, communication, organization, responsiveness, and overall performance in the role. Successful completion of the probationary period will result in a sizable pay increase, reflecting the added responsibility and long-term value of a strong Assistant Manager. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and ready to grow with us.
