JOB OVERVIEW

We are a German e-commerce brand selling personalized gift products (mugs, posters, acrylic glass, bottle labels, greeting cards) on Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. Every product is customized with the customer's name, date, or message. We are looking for one designer to join us long-term and produce new designs on a steady schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will create new personalizable designs in Photoshop which will be printed or engraved on various products. You will get a short briefing how the design should look like, including a reference design wich you should improve.

Your job is to design an improved, personalized version — not a copy — and deliver a clean, working PSD file.

Typical output: 8–10 new designs per week.

You will NOT be asked to:

Come up with product ideas (we do the research)
Write German text (we send you the exact text as copy-paste strings)
Handle customers, listings, or marketing

REQUIREMENTS

- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator— advanced. Not Canva, not Figma.
- Strong typography skills. Most of our designs are text-driven (ornamental frames, vintage badges, lettering).
- Ability to work inside an existing template without breaking the layer structure.
- Understanding of live text layers vs. rasterized text. All text in your files must remain editable.
- Reliable internet, own computer, licensed Photoshop.
- Basic English (written).
